• Most of our customers buy from us “sight unseen” so they just take the recommendation of their friends or us, that the mattress they buy is suitable for them.Many days can be wasted shopping around for mattresses in retail shops, and then finally choosing one after laying on the mattress for just a few minutes.You MUST sleep in a bed for a few days at the minimum to see if your body responds well to it.
• If within 28 nights you are not completely satisfied with the sleeping comfort of the mattress you have purchased from us, we will gladly exchange it for you, to another mattress of the same value. We only ask that you pay for the return freight charge of $95.
• If you choose to exchange to a mattress of greater value, the difference is payable to Town & Country.
• The 28 Night Comfort Exchange applies only to mattresses and not to furniture or accessories which are custom made for you.
• We make this offer as from experience of the thousands of mattresses we sell.Only a small number of customers take up this option as we make sure you have the correct mattress from the first order.
• All mattresses returned will not be resold but are cut down and used for our exclusive dog and pet beds, thus be assured all mattresses are brand new when you originally receive them.
• Your total satisfaction is our primary concern, and we know this is repaid by recommending our products to your friends and family.
